In the realm of healing power of travel, one name that has been consistently making waves is Thrillophilia. As travelers, who seek security, adventure, and unforgettable memories, often, our first step is to turn to real-review platforms like TripAdvisor to verify authenticity and credibility.

So, what do visitors on Tripadvisor have to say about Thrillophilia?

In this article, we will aim to present an unbiased and comprehensive overview of Thrillophilia based on the reviews and ratings bestowed by real customers on TripAdvisor.

So, let’s delve into the world of Thrillophilia reviews and explore what travelers are raving about.

First Impressions: A Whopping 4.5 Rating, which is one of the best in the global tour operator category.

As per our data, when a customer has a positive experience, only 1/10 travelers go and rate on platforms like Tripadvisor / Trustpilot but when a customer has a negative response, 7/10 visitors go and rate the company on these platforms.

So, if we have to use this data as Thrillophilia data, their ratings would fall somewhere close to 4.91, which I would consider pretty remarkable in the tour category.

When one goes through their profile on Tripadvisor, the first thing that catches the eye is its average rating. It has an average rating of 4.5 on it which is quite impressive at first glance.

We also found that almost 2,756 customers have left their reviews and rated their first-hand experience on booking their tour packages and activities from Thrillophilia.

On further filtering the same, we find that a total of 46 tourists have mentioned their Operations Team in their reviews.
Out of this, we found that 74% of them have given excellent to very good ratings to the Operations Team, while a few of them have expressed some concern which can again be a learning for the brand to enhance the overall customer experience.
On reading through some of the reviews, I found most of the tourists praising the business for its dedicated GEO (Guest Experience Officer), 24/7 customer support portal, and prompt resolution process.

Itinerary Planning: 75% of Travelers Rated Thrillophilia to be Excellent
One of the key attributes of any travel company is its expertise in ‘itinerary planning’ and easy customization features.
We see that out of the 191 mentions of itinerary planning in the reviews, 76% of them are excellent to very good.
However, 6% of visitors said that they had mixed feelings about it while 18% of them expressed their disappointment.
While reading through the reviews, the detailed and clarified itinerary came as one of the strong points of the brand.
However, a very small number of customers also mentioned how the customization did not hit the mark which indicates that Thrillophilia can still recognize loopholes and work on it to transform below-average experiences into highly delightful ones.

Besides the special mentions, we also find tourists talking about destinations and rating their experiences with Thrillophilia.

Reading through the reviews in detail made one thing clear: this tourism company caters to a diverse range of locales as people share their travel visits to a huge variety of distinct destinations.

Ladakh: 110 people have rated their Ladakh experience on Tripadvisor, and 82% of them have been left delighted, making Ladakh one of the top choice destinations.

Himachal Pradesh: It is undoubtedly one of the major tourist attractions of the country and 95% of the visitors who rated their Himachal tour package from Thrillophilia had positive things to highlight.

However, 5% of the customers expressed their disappointment and put forward various issues such as occasional hiccups in transportation, communication and accommodation.

Uttarakhand: A significant number of reviews were about the different short and long treks that Thrillophilia offers in Uttarakhand. Here, I came across 97% positive reviews and 3% reviews suggesting a scope for improvement.

Kashmir: In the case of Kashmir, the nation’s own paradise, almost 88% of the tourists who shared their stories on Tripadvisor, rated their support to be excellent. 10% of the people were satisfied and 2% of them pointed out certain issues.

The other domestic destinations are also not behind. Reviews of 89% from Rajasthan, 93% for North East India, 91% for Spiti, 87% for Andaman and 94% for Kerala that customers have left on Tripadvisor, highlight highly delightful experiences.

Singapore: Among the Southeast Asian countries that Thrillophilia offers tour packages to, Singapore seems to be a top favorite destination. 92% of the tourists who shared their visit to Singapore gave positive reviews, 5% had moderate experiences and 3% of them highlighted occasional hiccups.

Thailand and Bali: On the other hand, while reading through the reviews of Thailand and Bali on Tripadvisor, I found that 88-93% of the ratings were excellent.

Malaysia: 87% of the visitors who shared their stories of traveling to Malaysia with Thrillophilia, praised the business for making their experience a truly memorable one.

Vietnam and Cambodia: I also came across a number of reviews of Vietnam and Cambodia tour packages out of which, most of them were positive. Cambodia seemed to be one of the best off-beat destinations that the business offers where 95% of the reviews highlighted a highly satisfactory experience.

Sri Lanka: In the case of Sri Lanka, 83% of the reviews on Tripadvisor stated that the tourists loved their holiday and 13% of them had average experiences. However, 4% also expressed disappointment which pointed out certain areas that need to be worked upon.

Dubai: Dubai, which is claimed to be one of the top destinations that people choose to travel to with Thrillophilia, sees a huge satisfaction level with 98% excellent customer ratings.

Europe and Turkey: Quite a notable number of people also rated their experience of traveling to Europe and Turkey. Out of the 135 people, almost 89% have rated their experience to be a highly enjoyable one. While a few have also expressed their disappointment, it indicates that occasional hiccups can always happen.

Greece: I also came across a few reviews of people who visited Greece with the company and impressively, most of them described their visit to be excellent.

Thrillophilia- A Versatile Choice for Families, Couples and Solo Travelers

One of the most vital aspects of any travel company is its reliability in providing tour packages that cater to every customer, irrespective of the age or the size of the group.

While exploring the same, we get to notice how successfully Thrillophilia has been catering to every tourist type, be it- families having children or elderly, a couple looking for a romantic escape, a solo traveler with eyes full of dreams, colleagues looking for a getaway or friends who could finally make it to the trip.

It is quite impressive to notice that out of a total of 371 families who have shared their stories of opting for Thrillophilia for their dream vacation, a huge 83% of them have rated their experience to be excellent to very good.

Many have expressed their satisfaction in terms of all the travel arrangements which made their family trip a highly comfortable one.

On the other hand, Thrillophilia also seems to be a top choice for couples as 87% of 572 couples who have rated their experience on Tripadvisor have expressed sheer delight while traveling with the company to diverse honeymoon destinations.

Out of 296 solo travelers who shared their experience on Tripadvisor, 90% of them rated their holiday with Thrillophilia to be quite satisfactory.

Some have even made a special mention of how secure they felt while embarking on their dream vacation with this travel and touring business.

The Takeaway- Thrillophilia Improvement Over the Years!

While reading through, and analyzing the travelers’ experiences with Thrillophilia on TripAdvisor, a very interesting and compelling trend emerged.

While the initial years presented little bumps on the road, marked by a few negative reviews, it was evident that the brand has since undergone significant improvements.

As we perused forward in our survey, it became apparent that the majority of unfavourable feedback dated back four to five years.

Since then, there has been a notable decline in negative reviews, suggesting that Thrillophilia has earnestly addressed and rectified any earlier issues, over the years.

This gradual and steady transformation reflects the company’s commitment to progressing and delivering enhanced travel experiences.

It’s an encouraging testament to Thrillophilia’s dedication to providing tourists with delightful journeys, ensuring an even better experience for those seeking their adventurous escapades.
