How to Renew Global Entry Card Membership?

One year prior to your program’s expiration, you become eligible for its renewal. If you have successfully submitted an application for its renewal, you’ll get a grace period of 24 months to continue enjoying its benefit.

  • Login to your dashboard from the Trusted Travelers Program website. 
  • There, click on manage membership and the Trusted Travelers Program page will display. 
  • Visit the personal information page by clicking on the blue Renew Application button. 
  • Start to change your personal information by clicking on the specific category (ies) links. 
  • Then, to view the Trusted Travelers program list, click on the US customs and Trusted Travelers Program lists. 
  • Simply click on the box next to every list that you wish to renew. 
  • After that, you need to view the list of available enrollment centers, click on the enrollment center link to view. 
  • Click Next and the Trusted Travelers program application page will appear. 
  • An error-fixing link might appear, if it does, provide the required information to proceed. 
  • Then, click on Update and visit the program application page. 
  • There, at the bottom of the page click on the “Certify” button and the certification page will appear.
